Orders and information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, contact information, images, audio, and other materials needed to complete the order. Inventra may contact the customer to confirm details, arrange payment, or clarify the order before production.
Customer content
By uploading or sending any image, audio, text, design, or other material, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to use it for the requested order. The customer is responsible for making sure their submitted content does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Website use
- Do not use the website for illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading activity.
- Do not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates another person's rights.
- If customer accounts or login features are added later, users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
Products, services, and changes
Inventra may update products, services, prices, website features, and these terms when needed. Product photos, previews, colors, sizes, and materials are shown as accurately as reasonably possible, but small differences may occur because of screen settings, production methods, material availability, or the custom nature of the work.
Product safety and misuse
Inventra products should be used only as intended and handled with reasonable care. Customers should not dismantle, modify, burn, puncture, crush, expose to excessive heat, expose to water or moisture unless stated as safe, charge or power the product using unsuitable equipment, or otherwise misuse the product. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Inventra is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or other issues caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, unsafe storage, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Intellectual property
The Inventra name, website content, layout, product presentation, and original creative work belong to Inventra or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Customers may not copy, reproduce, or misuse Inventra materials without permission.
Warranty and liability
Inventra will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and complete accepted orders with care. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Inventra is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, or issues caused by incorrect customer information, unsuitable submitted content, or circumstances outside Inventra's reasonable control.
Sanctions
Inventra does not provide products or services to individuals, entities, or countries where doing so would violate applicable sanctions or legal restrictions, including OFAC sanctions where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
