Order preparation
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after the order details, required materials, and payment are confirmed. Some custom orders may need more time depending on the product, requested design, material availability, order volume, or clarification needed from the customer.
Local Bahrain delivery
For orders delivered within Bahrain, delivery is usually arranged on the same day the order is ready or the next day. Timing depends on courier availability, customer location, and the delivery details provided by the customer. Delivery estimates may vary and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International shipping
International shipping may be available only where supported and confirmed before payment. International delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier or shipping provider, customs clearance, holidays, and other factors outside Inventra's reasonable control.
Shipping cost
Shipping or delivery cost will be shown or confirmed before checkout, payment, or invoice confirmation. The final cost may depend on the delivery location, shipping method, item size, item weight, and courier or shipping provider charges.
Delivery method
Orders may be delivered by a third-party courier, shipping provider, pickup arrangement, or another agreed method depending on the order and customer location.
Payment confirmation
After payment is completed or confirmed, the cardholder or customer may receive confirmation by email, WhatsApp, SMS, payment gateway message, or another agreed contact method.
Return shipping
If a return is approved under the applicable refund, cancellation, or exchange policy, who pays the return shipping cost will depend on the reason for the return and the policy that applies to that order.
